Job description


Poppy is looking for a Customer Success intern to join our rapidly growing startup. You will be helping out with our customer support service and maintaining the high-quality standards of our customer contact. This entails handling our communication channels with customers through email, live chat and phone, as well as responding to the questions our call center’s elves  may have.

Every single contact with our users must reflect the Poppy vibe 👊, which you will be the guardian of.

Your daily goal is to go for happy customers at the end of the day, you are the Batman or Catwoman at Poppy: the one that is defending the customer against injustice, but with a big smile 😁.

Customer Success intern’s assignment:

  • You are helping out with our communication to customers, including daily emails, live chats and questions that come in through our call center’s elves
  • You are a guardian of the Poppy tone-of-voice.
  • You make it a daily task of continuously improve and optimize our customer contact and report back to the Customer Success Wizard 🧙‍♀️.

You are offering:

  • You’re a student 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓 looking for an internship of at least 2 months.
  • You’re a native Dutch or French speaker and fluent in English
